The Sunny Group began business in 1981 as a book distributor and quickly expanded its business to three continents. The book business continues to get bigger but in the past decade the leisure and gaming parts of the business have provided the main engines of growth.

Sunny Casinos operates casinos on two continents, Africa and the Caribbean . The first Casino opened in 1986. Sunny became one of the first to open a Casino on the Internet in 1996.

In 2004 Sun-Gaming launched the very successful Sunny Slots ©T and provided yet another first for The Sunny Group of Companies.

There are not many companies around that have the depth of gaming knowledge that Sunny has. The company knows the gaming business as a casino owner, licensee, operator and software provider.

The company has an understanding of what the customer wants, whether that customer is an end user, licensee, partner or affiliate.
